This concerns continuance data (such as names, addresses), contact data (such as e-mail, phone numbers), contract data (such as contract subject, contract term) and payment data (such as bank data, payment history).
The data collection and data processing is necessary for the realisation of the contract and is based on Art. 6 (1) (b) DSGVO. After entire execution of the contract your data are locked with respect to record retention periods according to tax law and commercial law and are extinguished at the end of these terms, provided that you have not agreed expressly to another use of your data.
In addition, we would like to use the before described data for surveys in accordance with ISO 9001 and for newsletter sending. Should this not be in your interest, you can contradict this use any time. You can find details under the „4. newsletter“.
Data transfer to distribution service provider
The personal data upraised by us are transmitted within the scope of the contract realisation up to transportation companies commissioned with the delivery (e.g., DHL-Deutsche Post AG, GLS-General Logistics Systems Germany GmbH & Co. OHG), as far as this is necessary for the delivery of the product. For the purpose of the arrangement of the delivery date of cargo goods we transfer also your phone number to the transportation company. Legal basis is for this data transfer is Art. 6 (1) (b) and Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO.
Data transfer to Creditreform Arnsberg Steuber KG
Our enterprise examines in certain cases in which a legitimate interest is given, the credit standing of the contracting partners. In this regard we cooperate with Creditreform Arnsberg Steuber KG, Möhnestr. 9, 59755 Arnsberg from whom we receive the required data. For this purpose we transmit name and contact data to Creditreform. Data transfer to ActiveCampaign LLC
The distribution of our newsletters is carried out by our service provider ActiveCampaign, LLC, 1 N Dearborn, 5Th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601, the United States. ActiveCampaign is a service which organizes and analyzes the distribution of newsletters. We are cooperating with this service provider on basis of our legitimate interests according to. Art. 6 (1) (f) DSGVO and an order processing contract according to. Art. 28 (3) (1) DSGVO.
The service provider can use the data of the receivers in pseudonymer form, i.e. without allocation for a user, for the optimisation or improvement of own service, e.g., for the technical optimization of the newsletter sending and the display of the newsletters or for statistical purposes. Nevertheless, the service provider does not use the data of our newsletter receivers to contact them by itself or to transfer data to third parties. The data you provide to subscribe to our newsletter will be stored on ActiveCampaign servers.
