Right to data portability

Data collection and data processing

We collect personal data from our employees and contractual partners for the purpose of contract performance and to fulfill our contractual and pre-contractual obligations. This involves inventory data (such as: names, addresses), contact data (such as: e-mail, telephone numbers), contract data (such as: subject matter of the contract, term) and payment data (such as: bank details, payment history).

The collection and processing of data is necessary for the performance of the contract and is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. After the contract has been fully processed, your data will be blocked with regard to retention periods under tax and commercial law and deleted after these periods have expired, unless you have expressly consented to further use of your data.

Data transfer to shipping service providers

The personal data collected by us will be passed on to the transport company commissioned with the delivery (e.g. DHL-Deutsche Post AG, GLS-General Logistics Systems Germany GmbH & Co. OHG) as part of the contract processing, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. For the purpose of arranging the delivery date for forwarding goods, we also transmit your telephone number to the transport company. Data transfer to Creditreform Arnsberg Steuber KG

In certain cases where there is a legitimate interest, our company checks the creditworthiness of contractual partners. For this purpose, we work together with Creditreform Arnsberg Steuber KG, Möhnestr. 9, 59755 Arnsberg, from whom we receive the necessary data. Newsletter data

If you would like to receive the newsletter offered on the website, we require an e-mail address from you as well as information that allows us to verify that you are the owner of the e-mail address provided and that you agree to receive the newsletter. For this purpose, we use an automated procedure that obtains your explicit confirmation to subscribe to the newsletter. No further data is collected, or only on a voluntary basis. The processing of the data provided for sending the newsletter (including the data described under 2. and 3.) is based on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke your consent to the storage of the data, the e-mail address and its use for sending the newsletter at any time, for example via the "unsubscribe" link in the newsletter. The legality of the data processing operations that have already taken place remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data you provide us with for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter will be stored by us until you unsubscribe from the newsletter and deleted after you unsubscribe from the newsletter. Data stored by us for other purposes (e.g. contract fulfillment) remain unaffected by this.

Data transfer to ActiveCampaign LLC

The newsletter is sent by the mailing service provider ActiveCampaign, LLC, 1 N Dearborn, 5th Floor, Chicago, IL 60601, United States. The shipping service provider is used on the basis of our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR and an order processing contract pursuant to Art. 28 para. 3 sentence 1 GDPR.

The mailing service provider may use the data of the recipients in pseudonymous form, i.e. without assignment to a user, to optimize or improve its own services, e.g. to technically optimize the dispatch and presentation of the newsletter or for statistical purposes. However, the mailing service provider does not use the data of our newsletter recipients to write to them itself or to pass the data on to third parties. The data you enter for the purpose of subscribing to the newsletter is stored on ActiveCampaign's servers.

If you do not want ActiveCampaign to analyze your data, you must therefore unsubscribe from the entire newsletter. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel the performance measurement separately. We provide a link for this purpose in every newsletter message.

Google AdWords and Google Conversion Tracking

This website uses Google AdWords. AdWords is an online advertising program of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, United States ("Google").

As part of Google AdWords, we use what is known as conversion tracking. When you click on an ad placed by Google, a cookie is set for conversion tracking. Cookies are small text files that the Internet browser stores on the user's computer. These cookies lose their validity after 30 days and are not used to personally identify the user. If the user visits certain pages of this website and the cookie has not yet expired, Google and we can recognize that the user clicked on the ad and was redirected to this page.

Each Google AdWords customer receives a different cookie. The cookies cannot be tracked via the websites of AdWords customers.
